“The meia.dúzia® – Portuguese Flavours Experience provides unique experiences of flavors, valuing Portuguese products. The inspiration comes from the world of painting, inspired by the ink tubes, leave the metal to view and use a color palette with shades of fruits.
We use raw materials and value Portuguese, denomination of Portuguese origin, as the apple of Bravo Esmolfe and Pera Rocha, raw materials and production organically as blueberries, currants, raspberries, figs and herbs.
Our experiments rely on genuine ingredients such as Portuguese Port Wine, Moscatel do Douro and Madeira Wine. Pumpkin and Orange with Honey, Cinnamon and Port Wine, Amora with Hazelnut and Nutmeg, Rocha pear and Currant with Lemon Pepper and Rose are some of our unique experiences.
