Torricados with Chutney of Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients (for 2 people):

  • 2 Bread slices
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Olive Oil Q.B
  • Q. B. of Salt Flower Flavored with Oregano Good Mouth
  • 2 ham slices
  • Q.B of dried tomato chutney gives Jams and Chutneys
  • Fresh Mozzarella QB
  • 5/6 Basil leaves

How to do it:
Chop the garlic clove and mix in a bowl with olive oil.. Brush the slices of bread with the olive oil flavored with garlic and then season to taste with the Flor de Sal with oregano.
Bake in the oven to toast for about 5 minutes.
Remove the bread from the oven and place a slice of ham on top., spread the slices with the sun-dried tomato chutney and top it with slices of fresh mozzarella. Put it back in the oven until the mozzarella is melted..
Cut the basil leaves into pieces and decorate the toasted ones with the same, as soon as, take them out of the oven.
serve immediately.
