It's October, time to place the grapes into the barrels after the harvest that took place across the country. In this first topic we decided to go explore the places where the wine rests and discovered that these once cold and hidden places are now opening their doors for those who want to know more about the production process.
We traveled through several Portuguese wine regions, and get to taste Oporto Wine, Dão, Bairrada, Lisbon and Alentejo wines. We get to know vineyards that impressed us for their genuineness, for their technology, for its architecture, for their history or simply for the way the welcome us.
