Sweet Rice with Flower Aroma

Ingredients (for 2 people):
½ litre of Milk
70 gr of Perfumed Rice with Flowers Gouchi (Box Portugal in Bloom)
60 gr of Flower flavoured Sugar Dom Biscoito (Box Portugal in Bloom)
2 egg yolks
2 Lemon zests
Preparation:
Place some flowers of the rice on the side for decoration.
On a pan warm the milk with the rice and the two lemon zests. Let it boil slowly in low heat, for around 10 to 15 min, stirring constantly.
On a bowl mix the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a cream. Take the rice from the pan with a spoon and mix it with the eggs and the sugar, to use the heat from the rice.
Get everything into the pan again and let it cook for two more minutes mixing always.
Serve the rice in individual bowls or glasses and place the flower petals on top for decoration.
