Shiitake Mushrooms Recipe

Chicken skewers with shiitake mushrooms

Ingredients: (for two people)

1 Chicken breast
30g dehydrated shiitake mushrooms O Sitio dos Cogumelos
Green pepper
Salt.
Lemon
Olive Oil.
Sauce:
Butter or olive oil
Crushed garlic

Preparation:
Chopped parsley
Dip the mushrooms in warm water between 15 to 30 minutes (until they take shape). Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, sprinkle with chopped garlic, zest and juice of one lemon, salt and olive oil q. b. (let it rest for a bit).
Make the skewers with shiitake mushrooms, chicken and peppers. Grill over low heat.
In the end, drizzle with butter sauce, parsley and crushed garlic.
