Letters Pasta with Seafood
Ingredients (for 2 people)
250 gr shrimp
1 kg de amêijoas
1 chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 whole can of tomatoes
2 fresh tomatoes
½ green pepper
½ red pepper
½ bunch coriander (separate the leaves from the stalks)
1/2 white wine glass
Fish broth qb
pepper to taste
Sal qb
qb olive oil
250 gr Mass Letters
qb saffron
Preparation
Cook the prawns and put the clams to open in a little fish broth with a little olive oil.
After, scoop out the core and set aside the broth. Save some clams still in the shell for decorating.
Saute the onion in a pan, with garlic and coriander stalks chopped, low heat, for five to six minutes. Add the white wine and let evaporate. Add the peppers and tomatoes in cans cut into cube. Add fish stock, boil and mash the cooked. Check the seasoning.
Add the fresh diced tomatoes to prepare and bring to a boil over 2 minutes.
Bake the dough with fish stock and saffron, drain and incorporate with the sauce.
Add the seafood and chopped coriander leaves.
